Customer service at Cutler Bay Store is horrible. Employees watching TV... I bought two pairs of shoes because I really wanted those two and I was already there. I’m not coming back to this particular store. Foot locker or finish line provide better service.
I'm personally not a fan of sneakers only worn at the gym but I parked in front of the store solefly sneaker boutique which is next door to the Ross that I frequently visit I parked in front of the store and the windows were very clear so I could see walls of sneakers very neatly displayed by color lots of color I'm sure they had accessories to go with that but since I wasn't going to that store I can just say that the merchandise looks interesting no I didn't go inside
The employees are very helpful, service is great, the store is well organized. Every time i come here (which is often) I'm always treated swell. I get what i need and leave satisfied. i highly recommend you shop here.
