They will steal your identity. Horrible bank, worse piece of garbage that has ever considered themselves a bank. Please save yourself a call to the I.r.s and avoid banking with this sad excuse for a bank.

Not very good. Bad location (area is pretty unsafe, just today there was a drive-by shooting in front of it), unsafe, the drive thru ATM is always broken (not to mention the fear of being robbed in that dark dangerous back of the bank). Good customer service, old building though. The one on Old Cutler Rd & 168 St is much better.
Terrible bank. I moved to cutler bay a year ago. This is my closest bank. And it's the worstn. :( the drive thru is open, but no one comes to the window. They have wasted so much of my time. I cannot understand how this would be considered good customer service. They make transaction errors frequently. Sabrina and Leslie have helped me. And been nice. Obviously staffing is the issue. Please help this bank and its customers.
The worst! The drive-thru is always closed! The ATM never works or is always having some type of an issue. Slow service. Expect being there for a while.
