It’s really just this bank for me, if you have an option first horizon is much better, you won’t regret it A+ for them.
The manager is the finest in the Miami-Dade area. I never have to wait long for services. The staff has always treated me well and with respect. I prefer to go to this branch out of all the others.
The people that work here are incompetent and rude. The greeter doesn't know what she is doing and the blonde manager lady is rude and snippy. I am going to write to corporate about this.

I'm going to simply agree with the 50 other post on here. Not exactly sure what world the .05% of 4 and 5 stars come from. Sad it's not just this branch. The branch near my job is the same way. Bank of America is one of those banks that just need to go under. Not sure what rubric is used to hire staff either, but somehow they got the cream of the crop. Real class acts.1 star. Negative 80 stars if I could.
