Beware of a middle aged teller with short red hair and glasses, she is extremely uncooperative, absolutely incapable of providing adequet customer service, outright refusing to take a deposit without a deposit slip. Been depositing here every week for over a year and have never had an issue nor had to ever fill a deposit slip. The other teller who is tan long hair is a lovely helpful lady who has always gone above and beyond with her service, an angel.nnFurthermore, the branch manager felt a need to unnecessarily escalate the situation by threatening to call the account owner. You got to make sure you chew their food for them and help them swallow because this lady will not lift a finger for you unless you do her work for her first.nnBeware of some of the people who work this branch, you may not knowingly expect such extremely poor level of customer service displayed by some of the staff, specifically that older short red haired lady with glasses.
The people here are VERY helpful and friendly. I had to handle a Trust conversion - which is not easy, but Lisandra and Dianne helped me with all of my issues.
Horrible management team. Current managers Adreina and Nolan, avoid ego trips, power trip, liars. Don't open an account at this branch. Open one in South Miami or elsewhere if you really want to bank with this bank.
Never opens on time and they close early.
