Great experience! I came late to open a business bank account, they were almost closing and Anaisa was super kind, she helped me to open the account and explain me everything despite the late hour. For me the experience was great. 100% recommended

Don't bother visiting this bank. The people that work here don't know anything about customer service and will drive the rules that Chase laid down for them over a cliff. They can't make any real decisions because they are not entrusted with actually helping anyone. Chase probably threatens to fire them at every turn if they don't follow directions. I even feel sorry for them because they think they work at a nice company but they don't realize that if it was legal for Chase to hire monkeys then they would be out of a job. I closed my account and moved to SCCU were they actually hire banking professionals of yesteryear and they give sound financial advice. I recommend closing your Chase account and don't look back. Cut your losses and run.
