Although I have been spoiled by larger Bass Pro Shops at my home state of Pennsylvania and also went to their flagship in Memphis. I definitely feel this location is really boating focused and there is a wide selection of marine crafts. I’ve visited here a handful of times when on vacation in South Florida, and the boats are the cherry on top. Their clothing arrangement tends to be more cramped as well as the gun show casing areas compared to up North. However that is not a big issue as they managed to make the store a little more Floridian and Tropical. Overall restrooms are also clean and acceptable. I would definitely revisit. Still 5 stars!
I came by looking for clothes and got help from an employee named Franklin, he helped me decide on a gift for my boyfriend and father. Super helpful. Amazing customer service. I ended up finding the perfect gift and they both ended up loving it. However, I overheard an employee named Nathalie and some other co worker in the clothing section making fun about their co-workers. This should definitely be looked into. You shouldn’t be speaking badly about your co-workers. So unprofessional and disrespectful.
Little small compared to the one in Tampa/Brandon. About the size of a large department store. So it didn't really have the largest variety of fishing lures and tackle. But better than a Walmart!
