My first time here and I'm impressed with the large assortment of shoes and... working shoes which I need : slip resistant and good quality shoes. Good prices too. Salespersons were attentive and cooperative. Clothing is a bit pricey but overall...this is a good store for the whole family. Love it.
Absolutely amazing service!! I bought several shoes for my mother, though turned out they were a 1/2 size bigger. I returned to the store hoping to exchange them before we traveled abroad. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size needed. Yet the manger, Marelys, and her team member, Jesus, really stepped up to the plate helping us locate a store with the specific shoes and appropriate sizes needed. Understanding the urgency, they both grab a phone and together started dialing. Calling several stores throughout Miami, spending much of their valued time, making my problem theirs. They certainly took ownership of my situation making me really feel like a truly valued customer! They now have a lifetime loyal customer. I can’t thank them enough!!

Great service!!! Had problems with my rewards points and Elsa was very patient and helped and show me step by step how it works. Thanks to her helping me I was able to buy my shoes with my rewards $$. Very nice and friendly service
