I love this place. Excellent local petstore. The owners are very kind and informative. Also its prices re very competitive.
It's nicely curated with all your pet needs and an extra focus on high quality products.
I used to be a loyal customer here for years, the owner moved to Orlando and new owners took over. The previous owner used to charge me $5 for grooming services for my bird and was amazing at it, quick and efficient. He also went out of his way to find a specific baby bird I was looking for as a gift to my mother in law, excellent service. The new owners are not quite as good, they charge $10 now on top of having me assist in the process and it now takes much longer for grooming services. By the end my bird is tired from fighting us. I started grooming him myself to avoid stressing him and I no longer go there. It's a shame. Hopefully it will get better over time.
Carmen and Vivian are the best! Very clean and excellent variety of top quality feed for birds of all species. Grooming very reasonable.
Unmatched customer service. Affordable prices. Wonderful shopping experience. Go shopping, get great pet care advice, and have the most fun playing with the parrots, other birds, and pets there. They also offer bird boarding. Family atmosphere.
