wonderful customer service. Daniela at the dadeland mall helped me with placing an order through the store, she was very kind and personable. She was patient, she listened and accommodated me in a very professional matter. I give this store a 5 star rating due to my wonderful experience with Daniela!

Don’t come to this store. They don’t respect their customers. I have been a loyal customer to this store. I spent over two thousands on average per year shopping here. They’re nice when you spending money, not helpful when you need help.nLast week, I had to return a jumpsuit because it ran small on me. I understand that stores have different policies, I completely respect that. However the staff were questioning if I purchased my clothes online. A sales associate even said in a sarcastic tone:” ohhh, this was on sale.” What? Ridiculous, I almost visit the store every week, you don’t recognize me?nStore manager Evelyn had an aggressive attitude when I questioned the return exchange policy. The other staff kept encouraging her “don’t worry, she can call customer service, nothing is going to happen.” Evelyn even said:” she can call the customer service and complain, I don’t care.”nWow, service industry doesn’t care about complaint? You want to abuse your customer however you want? It’s totally unacceptable.

Giving one star is already a mercy. Triple times of the price compared to the Marciano website. Worn/used/returned merchandise for sale like new. Worst customer service. Ridiculous/unheard of return and exchange policy. Whoever come here must have a strong heart, otherwise you need to call the police to escort you.

Let me start off by saying that the two women working were friendly and helpful. However, I found a dress I really liked that was extremely over priced, I saw the same dress online and it was marked up triple the price at this store. However, I really needed the dress for something so I was going to purchase it anyway. After I give all my information, I am told the dress will be final sale.... I was completely confused why a dress that was being sold at full price was final sale. I informed the sales woman that I wanted the option to return in case I found a better dress especially since it was so expensive and she apologized. Unfortunately they lost a sale, which is a shame for them since the 35 minutes I spent in the store not a single other customer even walked in. Would highly suggest this store lower its prices and expectations if it wants to actually make sales. Dissapointed with the experience and will likely not return.
