It was fantastic I had been looking for my 6 month old some tennis shoes I went to several stores and they told me that they didn't have them went to Champs and a very nice guy help me today let's just say I was very happy when I left Champs today
I bought some adidas shoes from this store and the shoes costed me $130.00. While I was using them the front part of the shoe unattached from the shoe, this is evidently a factory flaw. I talked to Adidas directly and they told me that if I had a receipt I could go directly to the shop to make the claim for a refund. When I came to the shop the staff told me that I had only 45 days to claim a refund even though this was evidently a factory flaw, this was not because of the bad or excessive use of the shoes and they didn’t want to refund me. Be careful while buying shoes at this store because I think that they are not the original brand because the original ones we all know that have a great quality.
They overcharged me on one of my orders and had me waiting in the checkout line for ages because of it.
This champs is disqualified, staff attitude and wrong discount display.
Champs Sports at Dadeland Mall is a cool place to get shoes and other athletic apperal and accessories. I was impressed with the level of service here as the staff took their time to really help out. The store was well organized and managed. I was happy with my purchases and they have worked out well. Good shopping experience here.
