The store manager lady has an attitude and was being rude while I was purchasing an item in the store. She was not helpful at all. Not going back again.
Good deals
Brand is fine but the people who work here are awful in customer service. Cashier was yelling to someone in the stock room, someone complaining about their job, etc. Not professional at all. Not the type of service you would expect or want to see in a $100 shirt store.
Clean. Friendly and compitent employees. Great style suggestions. Speedy service. Great deals. Adriana was such a big help and made the experience very enjoyable even in the HUGE holiday rush. I wish all lacoste stores were this good :/ I will def come back to dadeland!
Great service! Bought a few shirts. The staff were very helpful and not afraid to make honest recommendations, which I appreciate. If I am ever back at that mall, I’ll be back!
