Stay away!!! Horrible Customer Service!
i wish there will be 0 stars because that is what i will give you,your bank is the worst, your representatives are rude ,unprofessional and totally disregard your calls or voicemails ,and let us not mention the fact you totally closed all calls during the covid 19 outbreak for not providing any type of assistance with financially struggling people ,and forget about it if you needs some documents i have chasing them over a month now and guess what i still do not get them ......thanks Carmen Perez for not returning my calls despite of the voicemails
DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS BANK! Worst experience ever, if you arent careful they will try nickle and dime you at every turn! Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable bank!
Greatest customer service I have ever received by any bank ! The personal banker Manny was very informative with all the information provided. As I was opening my account Kris offered me coffee. The branch manager has has trained her employees to be the best there is.
Avoid getting a loan here at all costs! Seriously, you will regret it. Mailed a payment 10 days before due date and they charged us a late fee because ‘it was late’ said they got it the day after the due date. We are in the same city! Something is seriously off about this bank. Do not do use them.
