Went into store with my mom on her birthday. Salesman gave my mom 10% off her shoes and wished her a happy birthday. Great customer service!
We bought a tire cover for our jeep . We made sure we could return it if it did not fit . They assured us there would be no problem . It did not fit and when we went to return it the lady gave us the third degree asking did we measure our tire did we have the jeep in the parking lot . She asked us at least 6 times did we measure the tire did we know the size all we wanted to do was return it and she was very rude . We later learned she was the manager . We shop in this store every year when we come to sanibel but never again . The worst customer service and rudest manager .
I'm not much for tourist trap t-shirts and trinkets, so I was very happy to find this place with some really classy souvenirs from the island. We picked up some shirts and Christmas ornaments and stuff like that. However, warm up your credit cards because this is not the cheap stuff.
This is our Sanibel Island wear go-to pick and have bought here several times before. Trendy colorful t-shirts, caps, purses, wallets, coolers, and other items as well. Helpful personnel, clean, close by Jerry's, and not far from any of Sanibel's beaches.
Tacky T-shirts and outrageous prices. The shoe side of the store has prices marked up twice as much as a regular retailer. Take a few minutes and head off island to the outlets and save a ton.
