Staff very friendly. Enjoyed visit with my dog, Napoleon..I bought him a nice bed there. Very reasonable prices. All types of pet supplies and small pets. Most impressed with selection of bird cages and Cookie the Coccatoo.
Love this store. The people who work there are so helpful. The place is very clean. Beautiful birds. Spectacular fish tanks. Always enjoy shopping there.
Went in there with my mother on a Sunday, after the holidays cause one of our fish had died , jay one of the staff that had helped my mother was super nice and respectful, but when he took us to the manager that’s when the issue came up very disrespectful and rude telling her that she should have read the fine print and then pointed at the counter she explained what had happen she didn’t think about calling and everything cause she has been taking care of our grandmother he looks at her and says it’s not his concern!! Now my mother and I both work in a business where we deal with customers and if we were to talk to them like he talked to us we would get wrote up or fired simple as that
The best pet store in the tri County area! Every employee is very knowledgeable. I quiz the new people sometimes because I love animals & have a large variety at home. They always give love to all my dogs I bring in & have them do their tricks for a treat when I cash out
This place is decent they don't have a big selection of animals but I did buy a couple bunnies that I'm very happy with but the people who work there don't know much about the animals they sale. They didn't know the breed of the rabbits and they didn't know if they were male or female but besides that they are half way nice 3 stars for these guys.
