Had a great experience at this facility. The staff was very nice and helpful. Julie was great. She listened to my concerns and got the ball rolling so I can see what is causing my pain. Although we both pretty much agree what the problem is. It has to be verified so we can get it treated. And hopefully VERY soon! Thanks!

I was able to secure an appointment within a few days. I was greeted courteously by the office staff, medical assistant, X-ray technician and Dr. Nelson. I felt confident in Dr. Nelson’s assessment. He explained the options and pros and cons of each. He invited me to ask any questions or express concerns that I might have had. He exuded confidence in the decisions that were made and explained the goals of post op care for the procedure. As a retired physical therapist I appreciated Dr. Nelson’s care, concern and professionalism.

If something breaks or wears out, this is the place that you want to go to get it fixed.nI suffered a distal biceps tendon rupture in March. I didn’t know it at the time, I hoped it was just a sprain or torn muscle. After seeing my physician when it didn’t heal, he sent me to Tri Cities Orthopedics in Kennewick for an exam and test.nThey gave me an appointment surprisingly quickly amid the COVID issues. There, I saw a PA who was great. He did xrays and an ultrasound on my injury right away and the results required an MRI. They set me up quickly for an MRI. After the results returned, I saw my surgeon, Dr. Vadala, she gave me the results of the MRI and told me my options. I elected for surgery to repair the torn tendon.nI was scheduled for surgery not long after. The surgery went great. Dr V is fantastic!nMy 2 week post-op was all good news. Healing perfectly. Hopefully, in a few more months, I’ll be back to lifting things that are way too heavy for me to lift without asking for help again!nAsk for Dr V!

I have seen several doctors at Tri-City Orthopedic Clinic. They have all been very welcoming, compassionate, and knowledgeable.nnMy last visit a day ago was with Dr. Hanson. I cannot express enough how personable and caring he is. He is extremely compassionate when I have a painful procedure. He explains exactly what he will be doing and the entire time he is checking to see how I am doing.nnI highly recommend Tri-City Orthopedic Clinic.
