I love banking at First Federal! I started my first bank account with them as a high school student 10 years ago and have been with them since. Over the years, I have come to know most of the employees from my banking interactions and they have all been so kind and helpful each time. Their consistency and customer service is unmatched. They’re the perfect balance of being personable and professional. They’re the most advanced bank in town with technology (mobile app) which is one of my favorite parts. I highly recommend first federal.
Opened an account Today and Miss Dana Miles is the lady that helped me. Very Nice lady wonderful customer service as soon as I walked in the bank I was greeted by the teller seem to be very friendly people. Mrs. Miles answered all my questions and Had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Thanks First Federal Bank in Bonifay.
Celena Cook was very helpful and courteous today. She was very persistent in helping me get the information I needed for our mortgage.
