Great staff, had a very good experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
My job has me on my feet all day and I've never been able to find a comfortable pair of shoes, I've tried inserts and trying other shoes, but I've never been properly measured for a proper fit.nnVisited one day and they helped me in like 30 minutes. Measured my feet and asked various questions to evaluate what shoes to get. Ended up on some New Balance shoes, and I've never been more comfortable with a pair of shoes in my 4 years of my job.
Manager, Scott, said “this is not a shoe store” when I asked for a certain type of shoe and another he had never heard of. I looked around at all the shoes and thought...well it sure looks like a shoe store to me. No offers of help were made and then he made some lame inappropriate “analogy” of being a “pharmacist”... As we left he said to have a nice day very sarcastically. Terrible, unacceptable customer service.
I have tried multiple things to relieve my plantar fasciitis . Nothing has helped. 3 weeks ago, I went to Foot Solutions. Georgia was extremely helpful. She spent over an hour with me. I learned so much about the right type of shoe to buy. She explained thoroughly how the other brands weren’t supporting my feet appropriately because of the plantar. Picked up my inserts today along with a new pair of sneakers at the store. Omg! My foot feels better already. Thank you Georgia!
Love my new running shoes. Always know that when I buy a pair of shoes from you, if I have any issues, you'll adjust my orthodics so that I can continue to walk/run pain free. No more shin splints for me!!
