Ensure the shoes you get are the shoes you want because there is no returning them once they’re worn!
I usually shop first at Foot Solutions in Orange Park, and always find just what I need. I had a knee replacement, and much later learned I was allergic to my implant! Foot Solution had the solution, and the shoe, that fits perfect and allows me to walk better with my cane. The staff is there for me. If you have never entered Foot Solutions you are missing some wonderful shoes and people.
Foot Solutions disappointed me with their “Machine made Arch Inserts.” Foot Solutions has nice shoes, if you DO NOT need much of an “Arch Support.” If you have a very, very high arch, Foot Solutions is useless. The Arch Inserts, Foot Solutions, made for my high arch at a cost of $399.99 are no better then what I can purchase from store displays at a cost of under $50.00. Therefore, Foot Solutions did nothing for me other than make a lot of money on a poorly made product.
Love the store, but more importantly, love the customer service! I realize that no matter how much staff you have; when there are lots of customers, you're going to have to wait. Sales team is always attentive to their customers, and I don't mind waiting my turn. Thank you Lisa for OUTSTANDING service! Now...let's see if we can find some shoes that I can feel comfortable in! :)
