The team member Fred was extremely helpful. I was not sure if my purchase was the correct size and he explained the return process to me. This store & employees are absolutely amazing! They’re helpful, friendly & go out of their way to accommodate you. A particular shoutout to Nicole for taking care of Parker & his grooming needs! She does a great job & highly recommend. They also offer free online delivery options which I constantly use & love. It’s so great to be able to support a local business that loves & cares about their 4-legged customers!
They have everything we need for our 3 dogs and prices are very in line. The buy 12 get one free dog food is a great deal. Staff at this location are very knowledgeable and friendly. 10 out of 10.

At first they staff seemed to be everywhere watching my every move, later I realize that they were just being attentive. Now every time I go to the store they know me so well that they know why I come. Great staff really makes or breaks a business. This place have good prices, plenty products and services.
