The staff go out of their to help. There's usually a wait for one of the personal bankers but the teller line moves quickly. Coffee offered and there's plenty of seating if you have a wait. Excellent bathrooms if you have babies/kids and room to change diapers, etc..

Wouldn't be bothered to verify funds on a check written by a mortgage company. They don't want to spend the 3 minutes it would have taken so that their customer could pay her bills.nWe verified funds before even leaving the house, but WF won't.nNow an 83 year old widow 10 days out of major shoulder surgery has to schedule a driver to get back days later to get a cashiers check to prevent a lien.nAll would have been avoided by a simple phone call. This was a directive from management, not just a teller.nTake your business elsewhere. Credit unions want your business, not here
