My experience was very pleasant and positive. I had a problem with paying my card and I might have not been dressed the best. Witch means something to some business. the wonderful girl who helped me was nice,considerate and helpful. Overall it was great experience.

Not punctual at all. Chase missed multiple appointments and made me reschedule due to them not having everything ready.
These people here are completely incompetent. I went to make a deposit. I asked the girl to verify that I had the correct account number on the form. She then proceeded to copy the number on a deposit slip. Took 10 minutes in the back to then come back and tell me account did not exist. I told her to verify the account number and she wrote it WRONG! How can you work in a bank and not PROOFREAD account numbers? RIDICULOUS. Then she sent someone else out with my slip. DONT GO HERE> THIS PLACE SUCKS!
It’s crazy that Bank only has one drive-through line!!!!!nVery poor planning!
