Stay away from this bank! We had an appointment with Jessica to sign loan papers and she wasn’t there at the time of the appointment. We waited 15 minutes after the appointment and an employee from another bank said they couldn’t get ahold of Jessica. We waited about 5 minutes at the bank before anyone even acknowledged us. I can’t believe Jessica wasn’t at the bank at the time she had an appointment scheduled. Too bad I can’t give this place 0 stars.
Horrible bank....never follow uo on anything they ate supposed to do...always a change of employees!!! Zero rating go to Credit Unions!!!!

This is a good bank and the people are real nice and helpful.
Terrible service from Karen angell, would not recommend.nShe handled the closing of my house very poorly and delayed just in time to go on vacation.nI was given a closing date and now it’s coming up on a week after that date.nI have spoken to her manager and have had no immediate response of taking action against this.
