What a shame. They closed the other one down the street. This one has two tellers working. Line backed up to the door. Victoria, the kind teller, is working hard to keep things moving. She’s friendly to all the customers.nnBank of America, hire some help! Quit blaming Covid for everything. We’re sick of it. A trip to the bank should not be a whole day ordeal.

This is the worst BOA branch I’ve ever been to. I waited in line for 40 minutes to make a deposit. They had 1 teller inside to take deposits. There were 2 other associates behind the counter, but not sure what they were doing besides not taking guests. There were as many as 10 people in line waiting to be assisted during my visit. Marlina was the teller that was assisting guests, and she did a great job.

They aggravate their clients. I would not recommend this location unless you have nothing important to do. One teller in the bank. When the customer has a complaint they will argue with customer. When I asked for the manager they were unable to locate her or him.

Was here yesterday for 25 minutes, 17 people in line an 1 teller. Today got here at 928 didnt get to the window till 955 only 2 tellers and 7 people in front of me. I have no choice as it is a change order for my company. The poor staffing at such a busy location with no other locations near by after londondairy location is the problem.

Probably not the banks fault, but you can hear absolutely everyone.
