Terrible service! We were waiting in line for 1 hour! And the staff is extremely rude.
It's actually running smoothly with just two tellers . Normally I'm there for 40 minutes . Today which is a Thursday only 25 minutes .
Tooo Slow Long Lines Should CLOSE!!!Never Open.
The assistant manager laquanda was rude and disrespectful and uninterested in assisting with my needs. She just gave me a phone number to call and sent me on my way. The agent on the phone who was very helpful directed me back to the bank to complete my business. The agents at the bank, even the branch manager were still uninterested in assisting me. The guy on the phone said that the agents were supposed to call their department directly and the branch manager still refused ud83dude21 I will be taking my business to another bank.
Milly the rudest bank teller. She is condescending and has terrible customer service. She should be fired! I will never take my business there ever again
