Ice Harbor Brewery at the Marina

I was very disappointed in our most recent visit to the restaurant. When we arrived we were seated promptly but waited a significant amount of time before we had any attention at our table. At first we were very understanding as they looked to be short staffed with COVID season. We sat at our table for 23 minutes watching a waitress and the host talk at the bar while one waitress hustled and seemed to be covering all the tables. The waitress who was sitting at the bar finally came over with another tables appetizer and set it at our table, we explained that we haven’t been helped yet and this wasn’t ours, she took the food away from our table and directly put it at the table next to us. While our group didn’t touch the food I don’t think you should be passing food from one table to another. I informed the waitress that we had not been helped yet and we were hoping to have service soon and she told us it would just be a couple minutes. We watched her stand at the bar talking for another 10 minutes before she came up and asked if we wanted to order drinks and get an order started. At this point we were very annoyed as we had watched her stand at the bar and ignore our table the entire time. While we were waiting for our food she brought over chips that were refrigerated and soggy and told us they were left over from this morning and we were welcome to have them. The food did come out in a timely matter and it was delicious but the service was awful. While my table did take this with a grain of salt at first since we know COVID has impacted businesses, it’s hard not to be disappointed and upset with the poor service we received.

Foods expensive service is lacking could be cleaner looking.

My family and I were in the area for a family vacation during COVID19. We were at Columbia park to get out with our family during the evening time and we hound this place while hubby and I were exploring the park as this was our first visit here.nnWe called in our order and I ordered the cowboy burger and hubby for a fish burger I believe! Hubby went to pick up our order as I found us a place that we could social distance eat our dinner. When hubby brought back our dinner and it was very good. The burger was juicy and the fries were so good.nnIf we go back to the area sometime in our travels this would be once place we would go back to.nnTip I think their hours may be different because of COVID19 so maybe make a call before you go.

I love the setting here on the Island and the beer is great. Good menu and friendly service!
