Okay, after being here a few times, I have to say: Fantastic drinks, food, and service! This place is top notch, and while that comes at a premium, it's well worth the cost.nnThe drinks on the menu are creative and well done, but they also let one order cocktails off the menu if they have the ingredients. I was over the moon when they mixed me a Naked and Famous!nnI have to say too: I love the location. The building has an indoor or balcony area, both with nice views of the city from up high.nnIf you're looking for higher quality food and mixed drinks with a beautiful venue, Proof is a definite must!

For starters, the building that Proof Gastropub is situated in is absolutely gorgeous, lending an inviting atmosphere to the third-floor eatery. Upon walking in, you're greeted and seated by accommodating and friendly staff who present you with a creative menu for eats and drinks. Whether you choose to indulge in a cocktail or munch away at some grub, there's plenty to choose from.nnI went with the pork belly tacos since I had been craving some tacos, and the pork belly was the selling point for me! Served with a side of chips, the three tacos are served hot, fresh, and open-faced - inviting you to fold them up after you've gawked at the presentation and enjoy them bite-by-bite. The pork belly itself is well-marinated and has been cooked till tender, and the garnishes help neutralize the overall flavor.

My boyfriend and I love everything about this place. Their drinks, their food (specifically the killer mac & cheese) and their burgers/frieds are all AMAZING. Our waiter last night working at around 8pm was fantastic. We appreciate good service, seeing as we don't get it very often. Shout out to whoever he was! The service here is always excellent. Highly recommend coming here.

Guys the food was BOMB! I totally recommend it!! You will not be disappointed.

What a crazy setup, but Yeah, that Rona.... Great spot in a desert for otherwise.....
