Not sure why this bank isnt open. A notice was not given. Business still need to get change and make deposits. Other banks are open, even their lobby's. Not sure why US Bank is so far behind. Not having access has really hurt my business.
While US bank is a good bank, currently very poor customer service. 25 or 30 cars, all with engines running, burning fuel and spewing emissions, is not ideal. An hour in the sun waiting your turn is far from ideal also. Bank on court street closed, adding to congestion. Bank in Richland is currently closed also. I wish things would improve.
I took 30 min off work to make a transaction. The door says call for appt. call the number but nobody answers. I wait in the drive thru line for another 30 min before calling again. They finally answer after being open for 40 min only to tell me they are not taking appointments and they only have 1 teller. This teller is averaging 10 min per transaction. Extremely frustrated and will probably be changing banks since they closed the only other pasco branch and. Ow have even worse service. I’ve been banking here for 28 years
This bank is worst bank. The wait is exactly ridiculous. We have to bank with them every day because of our business. We have drive to the one in Richland by the mall because this take an hour to help you.
Slow drive thru, no sense of urgency.
