Your walk up ATM ISN'T WORKING same with Road 68 Gesa. Get it together.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK....in the middle of this Pandamic they decide to shut down my account for only 50 dollar overdraft...when tthe shutdown started I had to take a loan out for groceries. I didn't know at the time what was gonna happen so I'd figured I'd pay it off in due time plus seeing as how everyone else is giving breaks figured they would too. I was 217 dollars overdrafted but I got a job was paying on it til I got to 50 then boom shut my account down then harassed me to pay it off by refusing to give me MY check if they would of just waited another week it would of been paid but no...my advice do not go here they are crooks and I liked to add at first I was very happy with them was with them for almost a year then this breaks my heart but I'll be ok

Worst bank , atms never works , at both locations , and I’m not sure where they find these tellers , a turtle moves faster ,

Very unhappy I’m switching banks because they are lieyers. Just had saving they offered me a checking account with my saving and if I did that they would give me 300.00, just had to complete a list of items, well I did went out of way to complete the list and they never gave me that money. I called to asked and said I didn’t complete all the requirements 18 transactions which I did they said it was supposed to be done every month which is something they never said and was not in there advertising. Very upset and they are rude too. They just made al kind of excuses to not give me the money.

Overall their service is great I mean yeah they will have long lines most of the time and even with most tellers open, but what can you expect they're a bank. The only issue I see is they need to have a better process for when you're waiting to open accounts and stuff, I feel like we mostly sit and wait for ever waiting for someone to come help. They need a person handling that area to make it more organized, that's the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star. Keep up the good work you're all doing a great job.
