Umpqua Bank

Hardly the worlds greatest bank. They’re crooked like all the other banks. Your better off with a larger one. More customers service representatives to answer your questions.

I've always been helped and walked out with answers to all my questions. The staff is friendly and kind as well.

I have banked here since long before it was Umpqua. The people have always been awesome and very helpful. Free coffee daily and cookies on friday.

I really enjoy banking with Umpqua. I have had accounts with other local, regional, and national banks, but the bankers at Umpqua have consistently been the most friendly and able to meet my business needs.

Been to this bank numerous times since moving to Kennewick and I’m more than unimpressed with the service. I loved Umpqua in my last town but don’t think I’ll stick with this location.
