Good Pet store and in a good location. I especially appreciate their dog bath station. The staff is always nice. I have a Great Dane and I appreciate the elevated bathing stations and so does my back. Excellent value for $10. Their live animals always look healthy and happy. Their fish are always in good condition and look well taken care of. Their fish supplies are a little limited or sold out most of the time but the ones they have are good brands at good prices. They have a large selection of dog and cat supplies and a rewards program. I will continue to go to this store its one of the best in the area.
Huge store! Lots of choices for all different types of pets. Friendly staff. Biggest personal plus for me is the dog bath! Big tubs with lots of room to bathe your dog...even as big as Nelly! $10 to use, no time limit,( within reason), includes shampoo/conditioner, a blow dryer, towels and apron. Treats on hand for good dogs...
Had a great experience with my family to get fish with my youngest children, we were greeted by Marco who really made it a wonderful shopping experience. Our kids loved talking to him about the fish and were able to pick out something that worked well for the tank. He made such a positive impact that my kids even named one of the fish Marco.
Usually offers good selection of items for slightly more usual pets at premium pricing. Highly irritating practice of leaving neon open sign glowing after hours. I've been rather annoyed several times after parking and trekking to the door only to find it locked while the sign glows in contradiction.
The staff were very helpful and polite. The selection of pet products was good. I prefer supporting local storea but this was definitely a positive experience.
