I’ve been banking with BB&T since 2004, when I opened an account in Tallahassee. With all the updates I needed to make as a newlywed who recently moved, I found the people at this branch to be helpful and gracious - even though they had just experienced Hurricane Michael only weeks before. In the two years since, every visit has been a good experience.
Urr just told me at BB&T that can not give me information without the pin that opened the 2 checking accounts can not give me pin even though in my name for I did not open the account. Even with my ID my SS CARD. I WOULD NOT WANT AN ACCOUNT AFTER THIS NO MATTER WHAT. Warning for my friends in Bay County!
I really hope our company drops this place and finds another bank,I dread every time I have to go in or make a deposit,and I thought it was me at first but we have two other employees who told me the same thing from now on if I have to go here I’ll do it late in the day so my whole day is not affected by the negativity they put off,I hope you guys have a blessed day,cheer up life’s not that serious!
