Tried to make a deposit into my fathers account which i had done several times before and the teller at the lynn haven branch refused to make the cash deposit saying it was against the rules i then proceeded to go to a different branch in pcb after the lynn haven branch would not make the deposit and i had no issues on the beach they made the deposit no questions asked DO NOT GO TO Lynn haven branch they suck

My daughter and son-in-law absolutely dislike this bank and close to their account because they hated the service. They said that the tellers were snooty and the bankers didn't really want to deal with you unless you had a lot of money. He also said this bank charges a lot of fees. The spank has an ample parking lot they also have a drive-through and they have very nice landscaping this bank is located on a very busy street.

I would give it 0 stars but that’s not an option. Of course, banks are in business for your money I get that, but I get a few 100 dollar bills once in awhile to have some cash for emergencies. I walk into the bank which by the way has one teller working. In fairness it was lunch but there are other women in the bank who were all sitting behind desks. I asked the teller for 3 one hundreds and give her three hundred dollars in 20s. She says I only have 1. I said well get the other two from another drawer. She said “I can’t do that” she was also working at the drive thru so why can’t she do that? Such a simple tasks to give someone one hundred dollar bills. I have a personal account there and my business account. I’ll be closing both as soon as possible. Of course it won’t make you go out of business and of course Ameris in Lynn Haven will get new customers but don’t pick this place if you want simple banking..... because they can’t do that!
