With limited options that are close to my home, I thought I'd give this place a try. Wish I had just made the drive to Fort Smith to the more experienced processional cellular repair stores. 1/10 pleb.
After requesting just a simple screen replacement on my iPhone 6 I received the device back with all the physical keys not responding. Never take a device here. They would not cover the repair stating it was “not their fault” even though it was working perfectly before going in.
Best Apple product repair store in the area. I’ve gotta my iPhone screen and battery both replaced with no issues and my iPad screen replaced here. Excellent service. From my experience, all the one star reviews on here are from ONE impatient customer who wouldn’t let the employee finish a job he started. I would Ignore them and definitely give this place a try at least once.

Great service! Have had multiple iphones/ipod touches fixed, everything came out perfect! Usually takes 20-30 minutes to have a screen replaced, which is perfect just to drop off something on a lunch break. Will continue to come here!
