The staff is very professional and polite. Very knowledgeable and fast service. Took longer to pay for the hoses than it did to make them. Will be doing more business with them when I'm in the area
This place always has the best deal on hoses anywhere in Texarkana. There’s only ever been one time that I needed something built that they couldn’t do it, but it was a very rare hose/connection combo from an older machine and required very specific connections that I needed urgently. If I had time to wait 2 days they could have gotten the parts but I needed them that day so had to spend more money somewhere else. Besides that one extremely rare instance they are always able to make just what I need and are very friendly and quick at what they do. I’ve never had to replace a hose that they have built for me.
