This is the absolute worst 711 I have ever been to. The place is dirty and the staff is useless. I've lived in this town for years and try to avoid this 711 at all cost. No matter who's working the register, they can't handle now than 1 person in line and there always seems to be something they blame it on, other than their own stupidity.
Stopped in during a trip to Luray, VA...nice and friendly staff
Horrible!!! I redeemed points from the app to get a cheese pizza at the register. Then they go and check and tell me they are out of them. I can't get my 4000 points back or the money equivalent or an equivalent food offering. The only thing I can do is call the corporate phone number to try to get them to give me my points back. Now my lunch time is gone.
Went in this evening to get a hot cup of coffee. There was three urns of regular coffee none of which was fresh. There was 2 employees working. Both had one customer a piece. I told the guy that was working that none of the coffee was fresh. Didn't bother to make fresh or anything. The lady employee went out to smoke which she walked right passed the coffee bar and didn't stop to check to see if fresh coffee was needed. I usually never go to this 711 because the employees are always rude. But I was on my way out to luray so I decided to stop and get a cup of coffee. Big mistake. I'll never be returning to this 711 again.
Treated like a criminal had to open all bigbite boxes after the cashier explained to me that the self-service hot dogs are faster not when you have to set everything down and open each hotdog box with mad customers behind you .what a joke never again..other store's do not ask you this
