Owner is super nice! Customer service a priority. We came from far and had a wonderful light dinner. Our big city standards were met with great surprise. Smoothie shakes with real fruit!! Yum!
Placed an order for pickup at 4:49pm on Sunday (2/7/21). This business states online, as well as on the store window, that they are open until 8pm.nnOnce I arrived at 5pm, the store was closed. They already charged my card for the entire order. I could see through the window that a receipt had printed and a separate car pulled up waiting for their order as well.nnNeither one of us got our food and were charged for our order. Clearly, whoever was running the store on 2/7/21 decided to close earlier than advertised.nnExtremely unprofessional and will NOT be ordering from this location again.
Was here twice in the same night and got the same lie as to why the food wasn't ready (already picked up). Apparently the workers here like to gossip as well as the custimer behind me felt bad enough to apologize to me in the parking lot. Out of 2 visits the customer behind me was the only good part of either experience I have also NEVER seem them open until their posted closing time. Rough spot for tropical smoothie, such a shame. Thanks again to the sweet girl in the parking lot and shame on these workers for being terrible humans.
This restaurant had very optimistic staff and a positive environment overall! A worker named Savannah took my order and was so sweet!! My order was made in a timely manner despite the long line. My order was everything I asked for and everything was prepared correctly. Wonderful tasting food and smoothies! One of the best restaurants here in town! Always a great experience. Satisfied with every visit!!
If you open at 9 then be open and ready to serve food. Whoever heard can’t serve food everything is heating up. Not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location.
