We used to shop at JCPenney store in this mall. Sometimes were good and sometimes were bad, this time is really... not soon good at all. When I and family members in line to pay the cashier gave us hard time for the pair of shoes + other items we tried to buy with our valid ten dollars coupon. It was one of the on sale items but the cashier said the system would not allow to sell the shoes with that price. We feel so upset as of wasted our time and see that there was bad customer service in this store. They kept saying that if you want to buy these shoes you must pay regular price instead of clearance price (?), it's not fair at all.

I had to buy some sneakers for work. I found just what I was looking for. There was no one on line so I got out really fast.

Great Merchandise on sale for clearance. Can't wait to a few of the sweaters that I saw as I entered. It really is a sale of the Century.

Although the crowds were thick a week away from the holidays we were helped by a customer service person who greeted us and helped us find a coupon online to apply to our transaction and take about $18. She didn't just rush us thru the line even though we did not want to apply for another card. She was an amazing employee and I will look for her in my future visits to the store.
