Harley and Alex were amazing sales team! Alex Lilly was very knowledgeable and helpful, I was very surprised to learn he was a new salesperson. He knew and sold the products very well! He told me of several new note 20 500-700 off trade in promotional deals and specs and made sure my phone was accessoried to safely leave the store with the cell helmet brand (from sharktank, fun fact he added) liquid screen protector and case! Harley even told me of the free Samsung headphones one can apply for with purchase of a samsung phone. Amazing team, amazing sale, amazing store!
We went into Verizon today to ask questions about my new phone I had just purchased several days earlier. Jamar patiently walked me through all the issues I had. It was just in the settings. Jamar is awesome. I recommend Jamar! 10 stars!
I am a virtual special education teacher and also mom to two virtual kids. Tomorrow starts exam week at all of our schools. Our router got broken by my dogs at 7:45 PM. The Verizon store closes at 8:00. I called and spoke to Jamar Price and he said he would wait for me to get there to exchange my router. I didn't have to tell him that I was a teacher, he just offered out of the kindness of his heart. The entire process took just a few minutes, but his great attitude and professionalism really saved me. I appreciate the fantastic customer service and will definitely be back and refer everyone I know.nThank you, Jamar!
