if I could give this store NO STARS I would but sadly I have to at least put one. I was completely mistreated for the second time when I visited your finish line store located in Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News Virginia.nnFirst time I went to exchange a pair of shoes I ordered online for my son because they were too big and the manager at this store (short dark skin lady) accused me of bringing used shoes back to the store haha treated me very poorly and gave me a really hard time. Then I decided I was never coming back or purchasing from this company.nnNow my husband bought a 200.00 pair of vapor Max’s and he got them 7.5 and unfortunately I’m a size 8 and they don’t fit. He lost the receipt and I went to the store today trying to get help to exchange them and the manager treated like straight garbage. She told me finish lines policies had changed and now they can’t pull up a receipt and that I tan out of luck and lost my 200.00 dollars. I’ve never in my life been treated so poorly and been so disrespected at a store especially by a manager. What a shame that these are the type of employees your company has. Zero empathy and what a huge lack of customer service skills.
Only allowed seven customers at a time in store due to covid-19 so be prepared to wait.
During this pandemic, no sale or shoes was there to my liking very sad.
THIS IS THE WORST STORE. THE MANAGER IS NASTY & THE STAFF IS RUDE. THEY LIE ABOUT THE TIME TO PICK UP SHOES. WHEN YOUR TICKET & EMAIL SAYS A DIFFERENT TIME. THEN THEY CAN'T FIND THE SHOES WHICH TELLS ME THEY STOLE THE SHOES. I WOULD NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE.
Great friendly customer service. Great selection and if they don't have it they'll call their other stores and check to see if they can order it for you.
