Never been there but sometimes patients act so inpatient. Like you literally just walked in! It's ok for you to be rude but not receive the same treatment. Remember we all have jobs(at least some of us). How would you feel if someone came to your job being rude and demanding or even abusive. Rule of thumb... Treat others the way you want to be treated period! Not hard at all very simple.
I hate having to contact this place for anything. Wasn't this way when I came 5 years ago for a checkup. Doctors are nice but the nurses and front desk clerks have attitudes even when they first open. They make you feel like they don't want you there. Nurse acted indifferent about taking my vitals and made me feel like she was rushing me and annoyed. I wanted to cry but I held it in and sat quiet. Nurses also don't call you back when you contact with concerns so I was left managing my own prescription and got sick and had to go to ER. EMTs said I needed to contact my doctor about my meds but I had been but nurses never returned my calls. Hopefully if I can get my health sorted, I will find a different office that treats their patients better. It's hard enough to be sick and just becomes demoralizing when the staff doesn't seem to care. If you don't like your job, find another profession.
IF I COULD GIVE THE PLACE A NO STAR I WOULD! I CALLED EARLY THIS MORNING 8AM TO GET APPT OR SPEAK TO A NURSE 2.5HRS LATOR NO RETURN CALL AND IVE CALLED 3 TIMES THEY ARE NON CARING AND ACT AS IF YOUR ON THE NURSES TIME AND SHE WILL CALL YOU BACK AT HER EARLIEST convenience, I'm so done with this place can't express it!! SHUT IT DOWN THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!
The absolute WORSE place you can take your children. Staff is very unprofessional. I took my daughter to get tested for COVID and was told they would call me back in a day or 2 with the results. The doctor said if they were negative, they would call to schedule more testing. I called them back 6 days later and the lady who answered said I was supposed to call them back. If you care about your children, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!!!!!!
