Mac's very graciously took me in last minute on a Friday for a new chain. I was in the middle of a road trip when mine started disintegrating, and would have had to wait until Monday if they weren't so helpful. Thank you so much!

Update... (I got a call back from Adam he was very apologetic for the confusion in price he said he will be cutting me a check for 15$ and some change... He wants to see the scratches to see if there is anything he can do for me, I believe they want to make they're costumers happy).They we're nice and they got me a new tire, they balanced and mounted it but I ended up with deep un-fixable scratches on both saddle bags, they mentioned nothing of it, so I will not be returning. I do have before pics to prove it but what's the use when these days no body wants to take responsibility for what they do, I'll just move on and they lost a good costumer. I'll stay in Idaho for now on thank you...... Plus they over charged me, he told me 250-tire plus 65-change balance mounted... Taxes are.082 in Washington, total was 359.62, make sense? Not so much.
These guys are the best in the Valley. They answer questions. They are courteous and know what you are asking. Especially in the service department. Thank you for helping us. When know one else even bothered.
Been into Mac's twice for my BMW and both times the service was excellent. Ivan seems very knowledgeable. The pricing for my services has seemed fair also.
