Shawn at the Verizon store in South Boston was extremely helpful. We recently relocated to the are and had T-Mobile. T-mobile does not work well here. He walked us through the process of how close our T-Mobile account and who to call. Great customer service.
She explained answers to my questions in detail and was very knowledgeable and respectful. I have to say it was the best customer service I have ever experienced at Verizon.

My iPhone 6S died. Nijay set me up with a new phone (larger screen, way more GB) and was able to recover all from my backup. Nijay was extremely knowledgeable and it did not take a whole lot of time! Very pleased!!!
