What a pleasant surprise!!!!nTheir selection was wonderful and the styles were up to date. They had something for everyone! The sizes were fully stocked! Prices were reasonable. The best part was the customer service! He was honest about how things looked and fit even if it cost him a sale. His store mascot made the shopping experience perfect!nBe sure to check out this gem of a shoe store in South Boston!

Bought a pair of boots for Christmas gift, she didn't like them and guess what? You can't return them. Their return policy is GARBAGE. You have to exchange your shoe or buy something else from them. These people are crooks. I would not recommend anyone shop here due to this and higher prices. So much for shopping local.

The atmosphere in McCollum-Ferrell.is very inviting for the customers and the people who work there go out of there way to give you the BEST service!!! They sell the top of the line shoes.
