We purchased invoices for our small business. Juanita was easy to work with. She took the time to ask questions and find out exactly what our company needed. She sent a rough draft for us to proof to make sure it was exactly what we needed and even offered advice on changes to improve it. They were ready in a timely manner. I was extremly pleased with the service and quality i received from Juanita at Richwood Graphics. I ordeded business cards; she took my old business card and made my new ones look so much better. I will be back to get my invoices printed.

I originally came to this business to make a sign for the Army unit I was in while on active duty. But I felt like I was rubbed wrong by the staff there. Felt like they did not want to service me. So I left. Fast forward a few weeks and I decided to come back. So I swallowed my pride and still made the order. So I did. Still felt the same by both the gentlemen working there and the lady as well but oh well I just wanted my old Army motto made. Fast forward to today. Almost four weeks later I still have not heard from them nor has the motto with 13 letters in it has still yet to be made. I checked on the status twice and both times I was turned around. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Also, be careful coming here too. They have a sign saying that mask are not required at their store.
