No carts, workers seemed disinterested, didn't understand the lack of carts when store wasn't that crowded.

I need to share my review based on customer service based on a phone conversation. I spoke with Rachel. I am disabled and had a dilemma involving an electric wheelchair and mud!!! This young woman has fantastic listening skills, knows what questions to ask, offers alternatives, but--most of all, understands a price budget. She further offered her assistance if I had future questions. What a relief!!!nLowe's has a gem ud83dudc8e. Great customer service, understanding landscaping materials, process, and explain it so I could understand. Hats off to you Rachel! You made my mountain a molehill. I'll be in to make my purchases!

When I got stationed in VA we bought our first home in Chesapeake. We got a great deal but it needed to be completely renovated so having this store was a God send. The staff were amazing and I still have some of their numbers saved in my phone to this day. We built such a relationship with some of the employees that when I’d call with a question they knew me by name. I learned so much from this experience and from working with these professionals and still to this day I use that experience to compare all other Lowe’s stores too. It’s still my favorite one too.
