Best boot buying experience I've had. MacKenzie knows how to match boots with customers needs while ensuring the proper fit from a scientific approach. She knows competitors products as well and tailors Red wing products to her customers!
Had a great experience today at this store. I needed some new shoes for work and the associate working in the store is very informative and helpful. I explained my working conditions and he never suggested the most expensive items they had in the store. Quick easy and within 15-20 minutes I had a new pair of shoes. They only allow 2 customers in at a time and ask you sanitize your hands with provided sanitizer which was nice. Definitely felt safe shopping here. I've purchased Red Wing shoes in the past and they are a great option. They can be a bit pricey depending on what you're looking for but you're getting your money's worth.
Adrienne was super helpful! Got my gf sized up quickly and told us some helpful tips with sizing for certain boots.
I can't say enough good things about this store, they take great care of their customers and their products. My first visit I was fitted properly, ordered my right size, being that my feet are a half size different, and every time I call or come back I am treated with exceptional service. Had a pair of boots resoled and I was very happy with how they turned out.
Small selection. Apparently there is a decent wait time on some of the shoes that need to be ordered
