Wonderful! I’ve been going to this practice for years. Sorry I haven’t written a review sooner. My husband and myself in recent years have had to navigate the health care system due to a cancer diagnosis and covid related issues. We cannot express how grateful we are to have Dr. Regina Tan-Camacho in our corner. Phone calls returned. Medications ordered on time. In a world where we are all quickly lost and at the mercy of others. She always provides comfort, explanations of why certain things were happening and provided us with a possible forecast of side effects that may occur from surgery and treatments. She had us prepared. We couldn’t ask for a better PCP to balance the medications needed for the battle that my husband endured. Oncology was just a small fraction in the big recovery. It’s a great PCP willing to go the extra mile to help offset all the ill side effects. Thank you Dr. Tan and staff...for always being there for us...we are appreciative of all your efforts, time and compassion!

Disappointingly experience. Dr had enthusiasm of a rock. Administrative paperwork process was a terrible experience. Incorrect or no referrals sent to the wrong place or not at all. Took weeks to get the process corrected. Maybe like one or two nice people people seems nobody wanted to be at work.

I am a Patient of Dr Regina Tan. She is a great Dr. ,however her nurses and staff do not work with her. I have been trying to get a new prescription filled since June 2020. I cannot get help. No one seems to care there. Called several times. Put on hold 15 minutes, still did not get back to me. I will be looking elsewhere.

Interesting to read from another person that received the same cold, feeling and response I felt after a visit with Felisha Sloan. I asked her about my medication (Zoloft) and she said she’s not a THERAPIST?? Super condescending and just plain rude. Needless to say I did not go back.

I did not have a positive experience with my PCP here. After starting a new medication I had some concerns. She did not believe my concerns were valid. I made a request for bloodwork 3 times, and each time she gave me push back why it wasn’t necessary. Some of the reasoning she gave was nonsensical. Finally, it was only after she spoke with my UVA Hematology staff she was convinced my concern was valid and granted my request. Turns out, while not yet in the danger zone, my results confirmed a drop in my wbc.nnI felt her treatment of me, during my discussions with her, was condescending and that my concerns were insignificant.
