Why. 25 min on hold. No answer. Ever. And the option to leave a measure press 1.nSo I press 1. Message. Says cardiologist specials is not answering and mailbox is fullnA heart doctors office ? Seriously sad by this. It’s an ongoing problemnSuggestion. If you are not wanting the business just put that on your message machinennNot answering and not going to answer much less take patients for appointments

I received the best care. I moved away and had to change doctors but haven't received the same level of care. So I am going to just drive the 4 hours away at lest i am sure I am seeing the best cardiologist

Called in to get a result from a recent appointment and the lady that answered the phone was truly rude all she had to say was that she couldn’t give me the results in a nicer way but instead she was rude

I went here and saw Dr kakani. I honestly don't blame him for my lack of excitement about my appointment the front desk was wonderful and my nurse that took my vitals was amazing. Now, my actual appointment I blame the doctor that sent me without telling me exactly why I was being sent I am 36weeks pregnant and my concern was my breathing yes but mainly the fact I have begun to have dyspnea, and I had sleep paralysis which makes me very afraid to sleep. I didn't however get to say very much or get to that part due to the fact of the doctor kind of talking over me I felt I was talking even tried to talk over him but to no avail I felt as if I was the one being rude or something when I was just trying to get all my symptoms out. I don't know much about cardiology but I almost feel as if this isn't where I should have been sent especially when the result was to have test done that wouldn't even be talked about until weeks later after I deliver when my fear was that my lack of breathing in my sleep to the point of waking up gasping could be causing harm to my baby. Again I will end saying the only complaint I have about Dr kakani is I felt as if I wasn't being listened too and excessive information was given to explain things only to get me to be quiet rather than actually easing any worry I had. I also reiterate I think it was mainly the fault of the obgyn doctor that referred me not really helping me but just pushing me off to another doctor, She wasn't my regular obgyn so I will be going to my original and then going from there. The doctor was very knowledgeable just not very personable, or letting me talk. I would give 5stars for all the staff that helped me before all of that though
