So I have been coming to this Carrabba’s for 4 years since moving to Va, I’ve had some bad service and some great service. However, I must say since Maya has been a manger my experience has been more than excellent and satisfactory. She is attentive to ones needs. She has a hard job but makes it look soooo easy. She approaches a situation with such professionalism and patience that many can learn from her. As long as she is the manager I will be a customer for life. I met a friend for a late lunch. The salmon was flavorful. My friend enjoyed her steak. The Server, Lisa G, was most polite. She added mint to my water! The manager should have a person at the door to greet. I stood at the door for a while before anyone acknowledged that I needed a table. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Waited over hour for table when they originally told us 20-30 minutes. They were busy. When food came half of the dishes were actually cold.. Not cool from sitting back there but actually cold.. My brothers salmon was cold in center. He refused it said to never mind. My lasagna was cool in center.. Cheese not even melted. From sitting down to food delivery it was an hour and 15 minutes.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE!nWe had an issue with our order while at our daughter’s babysitting our granddaughter. The order had not arrive (not their fault ☺ufe0f) & after reaching back out to them Emily in ‘take out/delivery’ was extremely understanding, kind, and helpful! She also connected me with the manager and they sent another order out immediately for us.nnI was so impressed with not only the food but especially to find in this day and time the kindness expressed to us. I’m sure you know it is difficult to find those who take the time care. Yet tonight we found those at this restaurant who not only went out of their way to solve a problem but went above the norm to help their customers. [I only wish I knew the managers name to mention here.]nnThank you all as you made this ‘Out of Towner’ feel at home as well as helped tired grandparents be able to feed their hungry toddler granddaughter! ud83dude04

Overall good. When I called about a curbside order, I was transferred to curbside. They never answered but did come out a moment later to ask us about our order.nnFood was correct except one missing item that was promptly taken care of.
