Amelia doors responded promptly to my call and sent out a technician the following day. The technician explained the process and my options. He completed the service within an hour and didn’t leave a mess. He took the old parts with him. The ladies in the office handled the transaction professionally. I was happy that they quoted the price of the service, along with labor over the phone. It is important to note that I sent them pictures of the garage and the possible issue, which might be why they were able to quote me the repair cost on the call.

Very happy with Amelia Overhead Doors. A friend of mine also had a great experience so I called them.nOffice, Estimator & Technician were friendly and punctual. Repair cost was reasonable and actual cost was as promised.nMy garage door spring snapped and the door got off track. I had to disconnect a few things to get it closed.The tech replaced my single spring with a much safer double spring assembly, reassembled my collection of parts, then cleaned, lubricated, and adjusted everything to operate perfectly. I have an Apple Door system, which Amelia OD does not sell or install, but was extremely knowledgeable about them. Wow! Their experience shows. Highly recommended, even if they didn't install your door.

Amelia Overhead doors arrived promptly for our repair. The technician explained in detail what was required for the repair to be done and let us know how long the repair would take. The repair of our garage door was done in the most professional manner and we are 100% satisfied with the work that was preformed. The technician was polite, friendly and completed the needed work within the period of time stated. We gladly recommend this company to all of our friends and family. Lucas and the entire Amelia Overhead Doors team were professional courteous and reasonable.nnWe had a power outage 5 days ago, Friday night, and I had to manually disengage our garage door and in the process I somehow de-railed the whole door itself. Needless to say I’m angry at myself, anticipating an entire door replacement and meanwhile my car is stuck in the garage. Luckily, no need to go anywhere.nnCome Monday I called Amelia and they scheduled me the very next day. Their engineer, Lucas, came out and fixed us up in an hour. Great service, speedy, and pleasant to deal with.nnThanks so much team and I’m putting that whisper motor on 2021 upgrades wish list. Happy New Year!

Great service! Folks in the office were outstanding responding to inquiries, quoting and scheduling the replacement of a set of springs for my garage door. The lead time was a couple of days at a convenient time. The tech was on time and courteous. The process was quick. Tech was in and out in thirty minutes. Amelia Overhead Door is a great company with good products. They installed the door in 1995. This was the first time it needed major service.nThank you Amelia Overhead Door.nCurt Roby
